Downtown Miami

Downtown Miami is Miami’s bustling epicenter, packed with modern skyscrapers and incredible bay views. It’s a neighborhood of history with tourism destinations like Port of Miami alongside local favorites like American Airlines Arena, home to the Miami Heat; century-old buildings among new pockets of young residents who call the neighborhood home.

The number of units under construction in Greater Downtown Miami totaled 3,849 by mid-year 2018, down from nearly 5,000 units at the end of 2017. By the second quarter of this year, there were nearly 28,000 condo units in the pipeline, up 5 percent year-over-year, according to the DDA.

Brickell Miami

Brickell is the next door neighbor to Downtown Miami. Brickell is modern, towering, and densely populated with new condo buildings. It’s one of the fastest growing areas in Miami.

Brickell’s main north-south avenue and along Miami Avenue, home to many popular Miami restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.

As South Florida’s financial district, Brickell is the core of Miami’s banking, investment, and financial sectors. Additionally, along with Downtown Miami, Brickell has most of the state’s foreign consulates, including the consulates of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guatemala, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Switzerland, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Kingdom amongst others.



Miami Beach

Miami Beach is a south Florida island city, connected by bridges to mainland Miami. Wide beaches stretch from North Shore Open Space Park, past palm-lined Lummus Park to South Pointe Park. The southern end, South Beach, is known for its international cachet with models and celebrities, and its early-20th-century architecture in the Art Deco Historic district with pastel-colored buildings, especially on Ocean Drive.

The neighborhood of South Beach, comprising the southernmost 2.5 square miles (6.5 km2) of Miami Beach, along with downtown Miami and the Port of Miami, collectively form the commercial center of South Florida.

Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach (SIB, officially the City of Sunny Isles Beach) is a city located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The city is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.

Sunny Isles Beach is an area of cultural diversity with stores lining Collins Avenue, the main thoroughfare through the city.

It is a growing resort area and developers like Michael Dezer have invested heavily in construction of high-rise hotels and condominiums while licensing the Donald Trump name for some of the buildings for promotional purposes.[5] Sunny Isles Beach has a central location, minutes from Bal Harbour to the south, and Aventura to the north and west.
